Booking and Payments

• Prices displayed are in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Deposit and Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Our partner Stripe assumes the role of a “data processor” and provides payment acceptance services for your purchase and data controller.

Flight Validity Period

• If you book and pay in full for a flight, you must take the flight within 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.
• Failure to redeem your flight within this period, without prior written agreement or rescheduling confirmation, will result in forfeiture of the booking.
• Baltic Bees Jet Team is not liable for any expired, unused, or unclaimed bookings beyond the 1-year validity period.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baltic Bees Jet Team’s total liability is limited to the amount you have paid via the Site.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or injury.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
